1. General Terms

Refund eligibility varies depending on the service purchased. Refund requests must be made in accordance with the terms outlined below. By using our services, you agree to abide by these conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Dedicated Servers and Virtual Private Servers (VPS):
    Due to the customization and provisioning required, these services are non-refundable once activated. However, if there is a technical fault on our end that significantly impacts your use of the service, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss possible resolutions or adjustments.
  • IP Buy & Lease Services:
    IP lease and purchase services are also non-refundable due to the specific allocations made for each customer. Refunds are not available once the IP addresses are assigned and delivered.
  • Digital Marketing Services:
    Digital marketing services are provided on a month-to-month basis, with pre-defined deliverables. Refunds are not available once work has commenced, as resources and efforts are allocated in advance. For ongoing projects, you may cancel for future months by providing a notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
  • IT Support Services:
    IT Support Services are billed on a monthly basis. Refunds are not available once services are initiated for the billing cycle. You may cancel future services by notifying us at least 7 days before the next billing date.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above terms, please contact our billing team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Full name and account details
  • Service purchased and specific request for refund
  • Reason for refund request and any relevant details
  • We process refunds through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that all refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or one-time charges for custom services
  • Any taxes, transaction fees, or additional costs incurred during the purchase process
  • Services that have already been provided or are in use during the billing period

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel any monthly subscription-based service by contacting our support team at [email protected] at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial-month cancellations.
