1. Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations are processed based on the date the cancellation notice is received. A confirmation of the cancellation request will be sent to the client within 2-3 business days.

2. Cancellation of IP Subnet and Server Rentals

  • Monthly Rentals: Clients renting IP subnets or servers on a monthly basis must provide a cancellation notice at least 15 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Failure to do so may result in the charge for the following billing period.
  • Annual Rentals: For clients on annual plans, cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next term.
  • Early Termination: Early termination of an annual contract may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining contract value.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: IPv4 subnets and server rentals are non-refundable once the service period has started. Payments made for one-time services and setup fees are also non-refundable.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: If a service is canceled prior to the start of the billing cycle, IPV4ONLINE may issue a pro-rated refund at its sole discretion, deducting applicable service charges.
  • Annual Plans: For annual service plans canceled within the first 30 days, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, less any setup fees or administrative costs. No refunds are provided after 30 days of service initiation.

4. Service Suspension and Termination

  • IPV4ONLINE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of service agreement, or misuse of the IP subnets or servers. Suspended accounts may be reactivated upon resolution of issues or payment of outstanding balances.
  • In cases of termination due to policy violations, clients are not eligible for refunds.

5. Changes to Cancellation Policy

  • IPV4ONLINE reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes to the policy through email or an update on our website.
  • Continued use of services after any changes to the policy implies acceptance of the modified terms.
